Thank you for choosing Optismart, a product of Codeify (Pvt) Ltd.. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience possible. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our subscription services.
Paid subscriptions to Optismart are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription fee has been charged, it cannot be refunded. You may continue to use the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
Our Standard (Free) plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information. You may use the free plan indefinitely subject to the feature limits described on our pricing page.

In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges caused by a billing error, we may review refund requests submitted within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
